Read a Draft Bill

Upload a bill text PDF — including discussion drafts not yet on Congress.gov — and read it in the same sectioned, searchable view used for published bills. PDFs without selectable text (scans or flattened handouts) are read automatically with OCR. Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded. If you are signed in you can choose to save the extracted text to your account afterwards, and share it by link.
