S. 5340 — A bill to require a drone posture review.

This section directs the Secretary of Defense to conduct a drone posture review of uncrewed aerial, ground, surface, and undersea vehicles and their enabling systems, including identification of gaps in United States forces' capabilities and vulnerabilities to foreign uncrewed systems. It requires submission of a report on the findings to the congressional defense committees by March 1, 2027.
