S. 5128 — GRACE Act

This section prohibits Federal education funds from reaching elementary schools, secondary schools, local educational agencies, or State educational agencies that impose vaccination requirements for enrollment, attendance, activities, or employment, unless the institution maintains a policy exempting any individual (or parent or guardian of a child under age 18) who asserts a sincerely held religious belief without requiring supporting documentation.
