This section provides an additional $20,000,000 to the Election Assistance Commission for payments to states that received 2026 election security grants and agree to share their complete official lists of registered voters for Federal office with the Department of Homeland Security at least quarterly after September 30, 2026, for comparison through the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system. Each eligible state may receive up to 10 percent of its 2026 grant amount for election administration, technology, and security improvements.
