H.Res. 863 — Honoring the heroic military service, sacrifices, and contributions of veterans from the great State of Texas, and for other purposes.

This section expresses the sense of the House of Representatives (1) honoring the service, sacrifice, and contributions of Texas veterans and their families to peace and freedom; (2) committing to work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and executive agencies to ensure veterans receive timely care, benefits, and compensation; (3) reaffirming Congress's commitment to assisting veterans' transition to civilian life; and (4) recognizing the need to continue investing in programs and resources supporting veterans.
