H.Res. 1587 — Expressing support for the designation of September 2026 as "National Kinship Care Month".

This section supports the designation of National Kinship Care Month. It encourages policies to improve outcomes for vulnerable children by supporting kinship families, honors kinship caregivers and their advocates, and reaffirms the need for continued support through parts B and E of title IV of the Social Security Act, including Kinship Navigator programs.
