H.R. 9930 — Supporting Our Military Child Care Workforce Act

This section requires the Secretary of Defense to submit annual reports to Congress, beginning one year after enactment and continuing until full implementation, on the redesign of the compensation model for the Department of Defense child development program. Each report must include implementation status, expected timeline for completion, and which requirements have been met, disaggregated by Armed Force, and must be published on a public Department website within 30 days.
