This section expresses the sense of Congress that the United States should promote workforce readiness for artificial intelligence technologies through registered apprenticeship programs. It authorizes the Secretary of Labor to encourage inclusion of artificial intelligence instruction in such programs, develop and disseminate best practices for responsible use, provide technical assistance to employers and sponsors, and support related Department of Labor efforts, without requiring any program to adopt the instruction.
