H.R. 9718 — Reshoring American Manufacturing Act of 2026

This section requires the Small Business Administration to establish within 60 days of enactment, and maintain for 4 years, a webpage with resources for small business concerns on onshoring manufacturing capacity to the United States, including contact information and a free tool to identify assisting entities. It directs annual updates with input from the Chief Counsel for Advocacy, a study and report to Congress after 2 years with annual updates thereafter, and terminates the requirements 4 years after enactment.
