H.R. 9715 — Intelligent Arbitration Act of 2026

This section authorizes parties to an arbitration under title 9, United States Code, to use artificial intelligence, other than generative artificial intelligence, with the written consent of all parties, for identifying relevant law and case law, recommending the order and relevance of documents, filing supporting documents when facts are undisputed and only a legal question remains, delivering a final decision, and other purposes a party determines necessary. It bars any party from moving to vacate, modify, or correct an award solely on the basis of an error resulting from such use.
