This section expands the annual report of the Office of Credit Risk Management to require separate analyses of program risk for section 7(a) loans by six dollar-value brackets from $50,000 or less to $5 million, by origination timing (under 1 year, 1–2 years, or more than 2 years before the report), by borrower type (new businesses, businesses operating 2 years or less, or more than 2 years), and by originator type (bank holding companies, insured credit unions, state credit unions with private deposit insurance, small business lending companies, and non-Federally regulated lenders). It further requires reporting on fraud-related enforcement actions, civil penalties, past-due loans, and fraudulently originated loans, each broken down by originator type, and directs public posting of the report on the Administration’s website within 7 days of submission to Congress.
