H.R. 9636 — Improving CTU Act of 2026

This section requires labor organizations to include in their annual financial reports the results of any audits of their finances or financial transactions to which they have access. It also requires labor organizations to furnish such reports to members by posting them on the organization's website or, if no website exists, by providing a physical or electronic copy upon request. These changes apply to reports submitted on or after the date that is 6 months after enactment.
