This section directs the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to consider establishing a separate occupational code for strength and conditioning coaches as a detailed occupation within the “Healthcare Practitioners and Technical Occupations” group during the first revision of the Standard Occupational Classification system after enactment.

This section requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to submit a report within 30 days after the first revision of the Standard Occupational Classification system following enactment to the House Committee on Education and Workforce and the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs if the Director decides not to establish a separate code for strength and conditioning coaches.
