This section establishes a grant, contract, and cooperative agreement program, administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration, to expand capacity at approved graduate medical residency training programs that provide training in sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion care, for health care professionals who must obtain such training in another state because of a covered state abortion law. It authorizes use of funds to establish, expand, or support such programs and to reimburse travel and related expenses, and it authorizes appropriations of $10 million for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2031.
