H.R. 8888 — Ending Passenger Rail Forced Arbitration Act

This section prohibits predispute arbitration agreements and predispute joint-action waivers for consumer disputes and civil rights disputes between Amtrak and its customers. It applies to disputes arising on or after the date of enactment and excludes disputes subject to the Railway Labor Act.
