H.R. 8654 — Afterschool for All Act

This section expands the Community Learning Centers program by (1) increasing the authorization of appropriations to $10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035 (from $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2017 through 2020), to remain available until expended; (2) striking “21st Century” from the heading of part B of title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 and the corresponding table of contents item; and (3) increasing the corporate tax rate to 22% (from 21%), effective for taxable years beginning after the date of enactment.
