H.R. 7443 — I&A Mission Reorientation Act of 2026

It mandates specific actions including forward-deployed threat identification, two-way information sharing, sustained fusion center engagement, and protection of those responsibilities from deprioritization for departmental leadership, and directs the Under Secretary to submit a report on implementation, metrics, and resources to the House and Senate homeland security and intelligence committees within 180 days.
