H.R. 7053 — Preemption of Real Property Discrimination Act

This section preempts any state, District of Columbia, or territorial law prohibiting or restricting an individual's purchase of real property based on the purchaser's citizenship. It authorizes the Attorney General to enforce the preemption and permits harmed individuals to bring civil actions in federal court against such jurisdictions seeking injunctive relief.
