H.R. 5634 — Veterans Flight Training Responsibility Act of 2026

This section limits lifetime Post-9/11 GI Bill payments for tuition and fees for covered programs of education—flight training at a public institution of higher learning or any program at such an institution carried out under contract with a non-public entity—to $119,684 for individuals who first enroll in academic year 2026–2027, with annual adjustments thereafter equal to the most recent percentage increase under section 3015(h). The limit applies to academic years beginning on or after August 1, 2026, and is reduced for prior entitlement use or part-time pursuit.
