H.R. 10752 — CISA Securing AI Task Force Act

This section establishes within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency a task force, no later than one year after enactment, to coordinate agency activities and Department-wide initiatives on the safety and security of artificial intelligence. The task force must ensure coordination of AI-related efforts, assess and update relevant initiatives, identify workforce gaps, promote secure AI adoption, meet privacy and civil liberties standards, and support publication of the agency’s AI use inventory. It requires biannual briefings to the House and Senate homeland security committees and terminates the act five years after enactment.
