H.R. 10635 — Saving Rural Reservoirs Act

This section expands eligibility for federal cost-share assistance to rehabilitate structural measures in covered water resource projects by adding covered dams to the definition of such projects. Covered dams include eligible high hazard potential dams and any dam located in a town with fewer than 5,000 people where more than 50 percent of the embankment volume consists of compacted earth layers.
