H.R. 10519 — To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, to establish a Critical Infrastructure AI Cyber Defense Pilot Program, and for other purposes.

This section establishes the Critical Infrastructure AI Cyber Defense Pilot Program, through which the Secretary of Homeland Security provides artificial intelligence and technical assistance to participating owners and operators of critical infrastructure to protect against, detect, test for, and remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities. It prioritizes not-for-profit, publicly owned, rural, and small-sized entities; authorizes $100 million for fiscal years 2027 through 2031 with no more than 5 percent for administrative expenses; requires monthly reports to Congress and the Comptroller General on grants awarded; and terminates the program 5 years after enactment.
