H.R. 10482 — Dashboard for MILCON Projects Act

This section directs the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering to establish, within one year of enactment, a central dashboard using existing financial management tools to monitor Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation facility data across the military departments, including location, manager, plant replacement value, age, size, condition index, mission dependency index, programmed projects, unfunded requirements, and equipment replacement value. It requires notification to the congressional defense committees once operational, a recommendation on continuation within three years, and terminates the authority on December 30, 2030.
