H.R. 10376 — Telehealth Reporting and Transparency Act of 2026

This section requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit annual reports on Medicare telehealth claims to the House Energy and Commerce Committee and Senate HELP Committee, beginning no later than 2 years after enactment. Each report must include total claims, geographic distribution by state and rural/urban area, demographic breakdowns by age, race, ethnicity, income, disability, and language, utilization disparities, broadband barriers, patient outcomes for disease management and behavioral health, improper billing indicators, fraud prevention actions, and provider numbers, specialties, and reported barriers. It directs CMS to maintain a public dashboard with aggregated data and to disclose methodologies used. It also requires a GAO audit with recommendations on data quality between 3 and 5 years after enactment.
