H.R. 10118 — No Data Center NDAs Act

This section prohibits Members of Congress from signing nondisclosure agreements with units of state or local government or private entities as a condition of receiving access to information on data center planning or development, including planned investments, location, construction designs, and water or energy consumption. It bars the use of federal funds to implement or enforce such agreements and requires the House and Senate ethics committees to issue implementing regulations.
